About me

I offer various therapies and advice sessions including lifestye and stress counselling. I am a fully qualified and trained to Level 4 as an Holistic Therapist, plus various other complementary therapies, including Reiki & the Emotional Freedom Technigue and have had three mentors who helped me develop my skills further.

I have many years experience in Customer Services and Management and listen to & show respect to your wishes. I always do my best to listen and understand a client's needs and do what I can to respond to those needs accordingly.

I am a naturist and a member of Britsh Naturism as well as being a Pagan. I strongly  believe in the power of healing and energy within the body. Much of what I do comes under the banner of Energy Medicine which has been in use many thousands of years, the natural way, so the holistic approach.

Therapy sessions are held at my premises in the Solihull / Birmingham area and I do not offer any outcalls.
