To help with this we create a safe sacred space where you can know that your boundaries are respected and not crossed. In this space we typically all work naked.
Many women feel safer with female therapists or simply prefer their gentle and more sensous touch.
These sessions can be White, Pink, Red or Black tantra (see FAQs to explain further) so would start with an open discussions about boundaries, desires and expectations. Some boundaries may be 'soft', which means they may be moved during the session - this is all about communication between us.
Within this sacred space we will take time, and by using various breathing, relaxation and grounding techniques help you relax, de-stress and come into yourself, not only in the body, but in the mind and, more importantly, in spirit.
