As an Holistic Therapist, I would always seek to help you in whatever way I can and we will discuss this at the Initial Consultation where I will tailor any treatments to your specific needs. This is
one reason why I charge for all treatments at the same rate so whether its massage, stress management or counselling it doesn't matter - I will do whatever I can to help YOU!
Duration: Any form or relaxation treatment needs to take time (time out) to achieve its benefits so I would look to allowing at least 90 mins and if possible 2 hours.
