Many people talk more to their barbers, hairdressers or even their pets about issues, be it emotional, life's everyday stresses or physical problems than an ‘actual’ trained counsellor.
I feel much about counselling is what the counsellor has been through, my life's experience, as I feel then I can empathise more with you and understand your issues and help with practical solutions. Sometimes, its just getting things off your chest and sharing your issues with someone who will listen and that cares.
Whilst I am trained in counselling, I am an holistic practitioner, meaning I look at the whole picture and not just individual parts and bring a wide range of skills to help you as an individual! I am able to help you to deal with current or past issues that we all face in our everyday lives.
