Can I start off by saying if you are looking for the traditional text book solutions then best look elsewhere - I have attended many of these type of sessions provided by large organisations in my past and to be honest - they didn't do anything for me - I feel they were done just to get a tick in their box rather than to help me.
Lets look at some additional and different tools to help with stress - obviously some are well known, others less so.
Relaxation - massage, breath work, meditation, grounding etc
Spiritual Healing - Reiki, EFT (The Emotional Freedom Technique).
Communication - Talking about stressors, issues and problems, especially with someone you trust, can be a valuable way to
reduce stress and gain perspective, potentially leading to solutions and a sense of relief.
Emotional issues - these area are always difficult but we can work through them together & it’s often easier to talk to
someone impartial & not to family & friends (whom you may not want to worry).
