Aromatherapy Treatments

Before any Aromatherapy treatment I must complete an  Initial Consultation here with you to discuss your treatment and importantly cover any appropriate medical history and any known allergic reactions which can influence the treatment (cost £10).We specifically discuss your  issues or concerns, which can vary from stress to general well being or to more specific issues like relief of pain or issues with digestion to emotional issues.

Aromatherapy essential oils are also able to help manage moods and emotions.

The treatment is performed with a mixture of base and essential oils made up individually for you using my knowledge and experience of essential oils.

Duration:  I would suggest allowing 90 minutes - 2 hours to attain the maximum benefit.
