Energy Massage
An Energy Massage is where I use the lightest of touch, or even no touch at all so as to facilitate the movement of energy around in the body.
Typically, the treatment commences with various methods of relaxation including grounding, centering and deep breathing techniques. Some time maybe spent in a meditation.
Also to help reduce any tension and stress I may give a head, neck and shoulder massage, followed by foot massage or reflexology.
Having fully relaxed the body fully I can now commence the Energy Massage to move energy around the body so as to balance your chakras. Balancing your chakras helps you to feel relaxed, balanced, whole and healthy. It will give you a feeling that life is good and going well for you and you are more able to cope.
This treatment is avaialable to men as well as women and couples.
It is this foundation of Energy Massage that is used and extended in several of my Tantra treatments.
Duration:
These treatments should never be rushed so I suggest allowing a minimum of 90 mins or typically 2 hrs in order to attain the maximum benefits.
