Remedial Massage

Remedial massage is useful for when you have particular muscle tension, adhesions or chronic pain.

As an Holistic therapist I will assess where you need treatment and what may be causing the pain. and will tailor a treatment plan to suit you.

This is really all part of the Holistic Massage approach where we will also discuss perhaps why you have the pain and its causes rather than just help sort the problem out.

An Initial Consultation is recommended but can form part of the first treatment if thats easier for you.

Duration:

This will depend alot on the area/muscles to be treated but will typically be between 30 and 60 mins
