May I have a shower?  

I do have shower facilities but please do advise me when booking, so I can get additional towels ready for you. I like to be finished at the time you booked (with a few minutes flexibility of course) as I may have other appointments following on after yours.

So if you wish to have a shower, before or after the treatment, all I ask that its completed within your allocated appointment time so allowing us to finish at the correct time.

There is no additional charge for a shower.
